Terms of engagement

Armstrong Launch is a studio operated under Armstrong Launch LLC (Portland, Maine). These terms cover use of this site. The specific terms of any engagement — scope, deliverables, ownership, and payment — are set out in the fixed-scope proposal you receive after a working session, and that proposal governs the work.

Ownership

Unless a proposal states otherwise, you own the product, the code, and the go-to-market system we build with you. Nothing is held hostage on a renewal.
